If your dog has never been boarded before we do REQUIRE a meet & greet, maybe a daycare visit and/or a trial overnight stay for all new clients.  We want to try to minimize as much anxiety as possible before you leave on a week's vacation, etc.  We want you and your pup to be comfortable and enjoy the time away from home.  

If your pup has never been boarded away from home or has never been (or hasn’t been in recent years) in a crate, we will work with you over a few weeks’ timeframe to get them ready for their boarding stay.
