We’re excited to meet you and your dog! Your first visit to Tail Waggin’ Inn is your dog’s evaluation. This visit gives our team an opportunity to meet your dog, learn more about their personality, and make sure they are comfortable and safe in our environment.

What to Expect at the First Visit

For the safety and well-being of all our guests, all dogs must be friendly and comfortable around both people and other dogs. We understand that every dog is an individual and that some dogs may not get along with every other dog. Our evaluation helps us determine whether our environment is a good fit for your dog.

*An acceptable evaluation is required before your dog can join Tail Waggin’ Inn for any of our services. *

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Please bring proof of the following current vaccinations with you to your dog’s first visit:

• Annual Distemper & Parvo Vaccine

• Annual Bordetella / Kennel Cough Vaccine

• Annual Rabies Vaccine

Please make sure your dog’s vaccination records are current before your first visit

We strongly recommend:

• Having the Bordetella vaccine every 6 months

• Having a fecal exam performed annually

• Call us at (513) 309-8214 to schedule your evaluation. Evaluation is by appointment only.‍

• Evaluating dogs need to be scheduled (prefer drop off between 7 - 8 am if possible).

Please complete our New Customer Registration before your first visit and bring your dog’s current vaccination records with you.
