Arrival & policy notes

•Pinch collars cannot be left on in play yards or indoors — a regular collar is required.

•First-time or crate-shy pups: we'll work with you over a few weeks to get them ready.

•All dogs must be human- and dog-friendly. Multiple play yards accommodate different temperaments.
